Dumbbell Bent Over Row
Exercise for back, shoulders and biceps

Exercise execution guide
Starting position
Hold a dumbbell in each hand. Bend knees, then bow forward, keeping your back straight and chest pushed out. Straighten your arms with the dumbbells hanging directly below your upper abdominals.
Execution
Take a deep breath, then pull the dumbbells upwards until your palms are in line with your chest. Pause, and then slowly lower the weights back down.
