Starting position

Start in a squat position with your hands on the ground and your head in line with the body.


While holding onto your hands, move both legs backwards into a face-up position and perform a push-up. Without stopping, bring your legs back to the initial squatting position, then perform a vertical jump by raising your hands towards the sky.
