Exercise execution guide

Starting position

Stand up straight with one shoulder next to the machine. Have the ankle attachment placed on the ankle furthest from the machine. Place the hand closest on the cable machine and the other on your hip.


Keeping your leg straight, raise the leg out to your side as high as you can. Pause and return back to the starting position.
